Black Joy! Black Healing!

Family, We are writing to you this February with a rekindled optimism for our collective liberation. In our February letter to you, you will find ways you can get involved in our celebration of Black History Month, TDVAM learning and engagement opportunities, CHH career opportunities, upcoming CHH trainings, events, and program updates. This Black History Month we honor our sexual assault movement foremother Rosa Parks, Rosa Parks an anti-sexual violence advocate, rape counselor, advocate, survivor, civil rights activist, healer, and liberation architect. For years, she investigated sexual crimes and worked to end sexual violence in Alabama’s criminal legal system.  Learn about the long history of Black folks’ activism against sexual violence and harassment.
