This is a peer based workshop that will focus on learning how to prioritize and set goals with depression. Topics we’ll focus on include SMART goals, organizational tools, and the science behind developing new habits! We’ll also look at how the cycle of growth can ultimately help increase positive self-image and long-term motivation.
Raffle will be done at the conclusion of the workshop.
