This workshop will provide background information on some of the common roots of anxiety, how anxiety effects the brain, and how it works. In addition, you will learn about useful techniques such as breathing exercises, visualization techniques, self-care, and more for managing symptoms of anxiety, feelings of anxiousness, and stress related anxiety.
Kids (12+) are welcome to attend!
Raffle will be done at the conclusion of the workshop.
